Celia Schiller

Celia Schiller serves as the Chief of Staff for Marketing & Sales at Saab Deutschland GmbH, where they focus on organizational development and strategic initiatives. They co-founded Generation Restoration e.V., an NGO dedicated to regenerative agriculture in refugee camps, after several stays in East Africa. Previously, Celia engaged academically with the defense sector, completing a master’s thesis in cooperation with Rheinmetall Electronics and holding various internships in international diplomacy. Their educational background includes a Bachelor’s in International Relations and two Master’s degrees in Public Affairs & International Security, along with experience as a Teaching Assistant at the University of Texas at Austin. Celia has also been an extended board member of Women in International Security (WIIS.de) for four years, leading the mentorship team and organizing events.
