Christian Hedelin

Christian Hedelin has a diverse work experience in the telecommunications industry. Christian started their career in 1993 as a Design Engineer at Ericsson Microwave, specializing in Laser Systems and Electro Optics. Christian then moved on to Ericsson Telecom in 1997, taking on a Project Management role in Optical Access Products. In 1998, they joined Ericsson Radio AB as a Marketing Manager for GSM RBS, and later became the Director of e-business. In 2001, they became the Director of GSM & WCDMA Technical Sales Support at Ericsson. In 2004, they returned to Ericsson as the Head of GSM Marketing. From 2006 to 2018, Hedelin held multiple roles at Ericsson, including VP Strategy South East Asia, Head of Product Marketing for GSM, WCDMA, and LTE, Head of Strategy for China & North East Asia, and finally, Head of Strategy for BU Radio. In 2018, they joined Saab as the Chief Strategy Officer (CSO).

Christian Hedelin earned a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Chalmers University of Technology between 1989 and 1994. Christian also obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance and Technology Management from Chalmers University of Technology, attending from 1997 to 1998.
