Emil Asker

Emil Asker is currently the Head of Section at Saab, where they lead the Configuration Management team. Previously, Emil served as Project Manager at ThyssenKrupp Marine Systems AB and Kockums AB, managing development projects focused on submarines and underwater technologies. Emil holds a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering with a specialization in Aircraft Design from Linköping University, completed in 2001. Their early career included roles as a Systems Engineer in Hydrostatics and Weapon Systems, demonstrating a strong technical background in submarine applications.
