Fanny Tjäder

Fanny Tjäder is a project manager and consulting manager currently at Saab and Talangjägarna AB, where they lead Saabs Academy Program, coordinating structured introduction programs for over 100 participants. Previously, they served as a customer advisor at Stockholmsmässan AB from 2013 to 2017, managing exhibitor coordination and developing systems to improve sales and efficiency. Their earlier experience includes a role as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Trankeela in 2019 and as an Economics Assistant at Länsförsäkringar from 2009 to 2012. Fanny holds a Bachelor's degree in Service Management from Lund University and is pursuing further education in Arbeitslivspedagogik at Örebro University and HR theory and practice at Umeå University.
