Frank Wick is currently the Head of Systems Engineering for Naval Systems at Saab, a position held since 2024. Previously, they served as the Head of Systems Engineering at Rheinmetall from 2021 to 2024 and have extensive experience within the Bundeswehr, including roles as Offizier and Stabsabteilungsleiter from 2004 to 2008. Frank has also worked at Rheinmetall Defence in various engineering roles between 2016 and 2017. They hold a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Beuth Hochschule für Technik Berlin and a Dipl.-Ing. in Electrical Engineering from Universität der Bundeswehr München.
