Frans Eriksson is currently the Head of Additive Manufacturing at SAAB, where they are involved in expanding the company's development office in Karlstad. Previously, they served as an R&D Project Manager at BAE Systems from 2018 to 2023 and held roles as an Officer and Development Officer in Försvarsmakten from 2005 to 2018. Frans studied to become an Ingenjörofficer at Försvarshögskolan from 2003 to 2005 and is currently furthering their education at the University of Maryland, FEI Företagsekonomiska Institutet, and Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MITx).
