Fredrik Widestrand

Fredrik Widestrand is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in project management, business analysis, and IT consultancy, currently serving as the Head of Digital Solutions & Analytics at Saab since June 2020. Prior to this role, Fredrik held various positions at Volvo IT from December 2006 to June 2020, including Project Manager, Test Manager, and SAP Consultant, demonstrating expertise in test management, business process design, and global project consulting. Early career roles included IT Coordinator at AB Volvo Headquarters and Support Centre Analyst at Volvo Car Corporation, along with military service as a Staff Sergeant in Intelligence and Security. Fredrik holds a Master of Science in Information Systems from the University of Gothenburg, obtained between 2001 and 2005.
