Hardi Leander

Hardi Leander is an experienced agile organizational coach and leader with a diverse background in various consultancy and coaching roles. Currently, Hardi serves as an Agile Organizational Coach/Leader at Saab and is a partner at both Grid Juice AB and Movitz Payments. Hardi's extensive experience includes working as a personal coach at L,Hardi Solutions AB and as an agile coach consultant at Länsförsäkringar and Handelsbanken, where Hardi established the agile way of working across multiple teams. Additionally, Hardi's previous positions involved coaching, training, and supporting organizations in their agile transformation processes. Hardi holds several certifications, including Associate Certified Coach from the International Coach Federation and has pursued education in Agile Product Ownership and Project Management.
