Helena Wäreby

Helena Wäreby began their work experience in 2000 at Saab, where they held the position of Head of Management Development and Planning until 2007. In 2008, they joined Saab, BA Support and Services as Vice President HR, a role they held until May 2020. From December 2008 to June 2020, they worked at Saab as Vice President, Head of HR Saab Dynamics. Additionally, they served as Chairman of the Board at Tikab Teknikinformation i Krokom AB from 2014 to 2015.

Helena Wäreby obtained a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organization and Strategy from Örebro University between 1989 and 1994. Additionally, they have acquired several certifications related to talent management, leadership skills, digital maturity, and HR leadership from LinkedIn, starting from 2019 through 2022.
