Hugo Elfving

Hugo Elfving is a systems administrator specializing in Identity and Access Management (IAM) at Saab since October 2025, with prior experience as a First Line IT responsible at HELkom. During a brief tenure at HELkom, responsibilities included managing an issue tracking system and administering Microsoft Entra and Intune. Prior to that, Hugo held roles at effektiv.se as Candidate Manager and Consultant Manager from August 2022 to May 2025, overseeing recruitment processes and maintaining client relationships.
