Joel Andersson is an experienced professional in machine and product development, currently serving as a Senior AM advisor at Saab since November 2025. As the CEO of Lectus Innovation AB since 2007, Joel leads problem-based machine and product development efforts, focusing on innovation and design. Previously, Joel held the position of COO and Head of Operations at AMEXCI from November 2017 to July 2025. Joel's earlier roles include R&D Europe at Tek Pak, Inc. where responsibilities included machine development and solutions, as well as managing a packaging production plant. Joel's career began with project management consulting at The Coca-Cola Company, focusing on preventive maintenance programs, and also includes experience running a private carpeting business. Joel holds a Bachelor's degree in Economy from Örebro University.
