Johan Bröms

Johan Bröms is currently the Head of Commercial for the Business Unit Ground Combat at Saab. They have a strong marketing, sales, and technical background, complemented by a proven track record in leadership within multicultural environments. Previously, Johan held multiple roles at Outokumpu, including Head of Commercial QP, where they successfully increased turnover by 36% and improved profit margins. Johan holds an MBA from the University of Cape Town with distinction, a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm, and completed postgraduate studies in Business Strategy at Helsinki University of Technology.
