Johan Elm

Johan Elm is an experienced program leader who has worked across various technical roles in the aerospace and defense sectors. They developed next-generation separation systems for small satellites at RUAG Space AB and served as a combat medic for the Swedish Armed Forces. Johan has also contributed to multiple projects at Saab, taking on responsibilities as a systems engineer, project leader, and team leader. They hold a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science from Linköping University. Currently, Johan oversees multiple interrelated projects, focusing on prioritization, budgeting, and coordination within a larger program.
