Jörgen Sedsten

Jörgen Sedsten has extensive work experience in the aerospace and defense industry. Jörgen began their career in 2002 at Saab, where they held various positions including Systems Engineer, Maintenance Engineer, and Configuration Manager for Fighter Aircraft Gripen. Jörgen later served as Manager for Aviation Logistics Information Management Systems and Director of CAMO and Logistic Services. In 2018, Sedsten was promoted to Director and Head of Vehicle Systems. From November 2020 to April 2022, they worked as the President and CEO at Saab Tactical Electronics AB and concurrently served as a member of the board for the same company. Currently, they are the Vice President and Deputy Head of Business Unit Aviation Services at Saab. Prior to their time at Saab, Sedsten worked as an Army Reserve Officer at Försvarsmakten from June 2000 onwards.

Jörgen Sedsten completed their education at Växjö University from 1997 to 2002. Jörgen earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Studies and Economics and a Master of Science degree in Total Quality Maintenance. Additionally, they attended the Swedish Military Academy from 1999 to 2000 and became an Army Reserve Officer.
