Lotta Norinder

Lotta Norinder is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in quality and design engineering, currently serving as Manager Test Equipment Hardware and Team Leader at Saab since October 2021. Prior to this role, Lotta was a Lead Engineer/Quality Engineer at Sigma Industry and held various positions at Husqvarna Group from 2010 to 2019, including Quality Engineer and Product Improvement Driver, where responsibilities encompassed product improvement projects and maintenance of handheld products. Lotta's early career saw contributions as a Project Design Engineer at Husqvarna, where notable projects included the development of a robust 40 cc brushcutter and a silent backpack blower, which earned the "Anders Sharp Award for Engineering Excellence." Lotta began a career in design engineering at DeLaval between 2000 and 2001, culminating in a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Mechanical Engineering from The Institute of Technology at Linköping University.
