Malin Persson has had a diverse career in marketing and sales. Malin began their career as a project leader at Isaberg Rapid AB in 2000, where they worked on marketing projects and in-house graphical production. Malin then moved on to become a marketing manager at MP Engineering AB in 2008, where they led a rebranding project and implemented new channels of customer communication. In 2010, they became a marketing manager at PLM Group, working closely with sales teams for lead generation and communications. Malin joined Saab in 2012 as a marketing and sales executive, responsible for increasing sales for customers within the aircraft and helicopter market. Malin later held various leadership positions at Saab, including head of business development, head of market and communication, and head of market excellence for radar solutions.
Malin Persson earned an MBA in Economics from Blekinge Institute of Technology from 1997 to 2000. Additionally, from 1998 to 1999, they completed an Ekonomie kandidatexamen (ek.kand.) in Information System Development at Växjö University.
