Matilda Träff has extensive experience in optics and design engineering within the technology sector, beginning as an Optics Engineer at Anoto from 2001 to 2004. From 2004 to 2010, Träff served as Design Leader for Opto Electronics at Sony Ericsson Mobile Communications, where responsibilities included managing camera and display projects and significantly enhancing brand value through flagship products. Following this, Träff worked as a Senior Optics Engineer at FlatFrog Laboratories AB from 2010 to 2015, focusing on multi-touch systems and supplier relationships. Träff then held the role of Principal Engineer and Design Excellence Black Belt at Baxter International Inc. from September 2015 to September 2024, overseeing the development of sensor hardware for dialysis machines. Currently, Träff is employed as a Senior System Engineer at Saab since September 2024.
