Matilda Träff is currently the Head of Ship Automation Submarine at Saab, where they lead innovative projects in complex systems. They previously held roles as a Principal Engineer and Design Excellence Black Belt at Baxter International Inc., managing the development of state-of-the-art sensor hardware for dialysis machines and implementing Design for Six Sigma tools. With solid experience in optical engineering from positions at FlatFrog Laboratories AB and Sony Ericsson Mobile Communications, Matilda has significantly contributed to the advancement of consumer electronics. Matilda holds a Master of Science in Engineering Physics from The Faculty of Engineering at Lund University.
