Merin Dalmo

Merin Dalmo is the Head of People Digital Solutions at Saab, where they lead the digital transformation of People processes. With over 15 years of experience in HR digitalization, Merin has held significant roles in various organizations, including as HR Center Delivery Lead at Hitachi ABB Power Grids and Regional HR Master Data Process Owner at ABB. They have been responsible for numerous HR operations and system implementations across Northern Europe, demonstrating a deep expertise in HR systems and process improvement. Merin holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management from the Estonian Entrepreneurship University of Applied Sciences.
