Mervi Lemberg

Mervi Lemberg is an experienced production operative lead currently at Saab since January 2024. Previously, Mervi worked at Microsoft from January 2018 to July 2023 as an R&D project planner/build manager, coordinating test series and R&D projects for engineers. Mervi's earlier experience includes serving as a project manager/document controller at Etteplan for a brief period in late 2017, successfully managing project progress during a colleague's absence. Mervi also spent nearly 18 years with Microsoft/Nokia from February 1999 to January 2017 as a HW build manager, overseeing the prototype series management of mobile phones and guiding nine projects from concept to sales. Mervi's career began at Nokia in various roles, including maintenance technician and production worker, where technical repairs and assembly tasks were performed. Mervi holds a degree from the vocational school of Salo and a high school diploma from Laurin lukio.
