Peter Karlsson

Peter Karlsson is an experienced professional in the field of combat systems and sensor integration, currently serving as Head of Section for Mission System Integration at Saab Kockums AB since October 2021. Prior roles include leadership positions at Saab Kockums in various combat system sections and at Saab AB overseeing the Combat System Centre, where responsibilities encompassed providing complete combat solutions and recruiting skilled personnel. With a background in sensor systems at TKMS AB and extensive experience in sonar and navigation systems for submarines at Kockums, Peter has a solid record in requirement management, procurement, and technical management, dating back to early career roles in software development and engineering. Peter holds a BSc in Electrical Engineering from The Faculty of Engineering at Lund University.
