Sandra Schedwin

Sandra Schedwin is the Vice President and Head of People Operations & HR Development at Saab, where they focus on enhancing employee experience and culture as integral parts of the business strategy. Previously, they served as HR Director at Collector Bank and held various positions in HR and operations from 2003 to 2019, including roles at HRF:s Arbetslöshetskassa, VTD, and Länsförsäkringar. Sandra earned a Master’s degree in Work and Organizational Psychology from Göteborgs universitet and has completed multiple certifications in coaching, personality assessment, and lean project management.
