Selver Ramic is the current Gruppchef Avionic Test at Saab, where they have been employed since 2025. Previously, Ramic held various leadership and technical roles, including Team Leader for Electrical Maintenance and AWD RDU Assembly at Getrag, and Underhållschef at GKN Automotive. Ramic has also contributed to production management as Arbetsledare at VÄSTRA MÄLARDALENS ENERGI OCH MILJÖ AB from 2022 to 2025, and served as Continuous Improvement Leader at GKN Driveline. They began their career as an Eltekniker at BOMBARDIER and were part of the AWD Assembly team at Volvo Car Group. Ramic earned a degree in El-teknik from Kantzowska Gymnasiet between 1997 and 2000.
