Thord Johnson serves as the Head of Mission Capabilities at Saab since January 2007, overseeing the development of MS22 for the Gripen E contract in Sweden. Johnson's extensive experience includes roles such as Manager of AI and Tactical Autonomy, Key Account Manager, and various positions within Human Machine Interaction and Avionics Systems, including project management for the pilot user interface of the Gripen E/F. Previously employed at ÅF AB, Johnson engaged in consulting within automation engineering, encompassing PLC and SCADA programming. Johnson holds a Bachelor of Science in Automation Engineer Technology from the University of Skövde.
