Tommy Gunnarsson

Tommy Gunnarsson is currently the Head of Systems Engineering at Fighter Core Capabilities within Saab, managing a diverse department that encompasses various engineering disciplines. With a strong background in product development, project management, and technology strategies, Tommy has previously held roles such as Director of Systems Engineering at DeLaval, where they successfully strengthened the Systems Engineering function and initiated significant organizational changes. Tommy has a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from KTH Royal Institute of Technology and has pursued studies in both English Language and Literature and Economics. Their leadership approach focuses on adaptability and empowering teams, fostering collaboration in interdisciplinary environments.
