Victoria Stéen has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Victoria is currently the Head of Strategy & Portfolio, Underwater Systems at Saab, a position they have held since January 2024. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Marketing & Sales Underwater Systems at Saab from May 2022 to January 2024. From February 2020 to May 2022, they held the role of Head of Marketing and Sales at Saab.
Before joining Saab, Victoria was the Sales Manager for Sweden and Finland at Biosense Webster from January 2019 to February 2020. At Biosense Webster, they were responsible for developing and executing sales and marketing strategies to increase market share and expand the market.
From 2014 to 2019, Victoria worked at KARL STORZ Endoskop Sverige AB. Victoria started as a Product Specialist, responsible for sales and marketing of medical devices. Victoria then transitioned to the role of National Sales Manager, overseeing a team and managing the sales budget.
Prior to KARL STORZ, Victoria worked at Bausch + Lomb Nordic as a Territory Manager for the Surgical Division, responsible for sales and marketing activities related to eye surgery equipment.
Victoria's career started at AstraZeneca in 2004, where they held various roles including Senior Key Account Manager, Regional Sales Manager, Hospital Project Leader/KAM, National Brand Manager, and Therapy Specialist. These roles involved responsibilities such as coaching, product launch, market access, and budget management.
Before entering the corporate world, Victoria worked as a Team responsible pedagogue at Vittra, where they led a team of educators and managed team operations.
