Deborah Deka is a Project Coordinator at Saahas since December 2022, with previous experience as an Associate Researcher at Vasundhara in Odisha from July to November 2022. Deborah has also conducted livelihood analysis research at the Centre for Pastoralism for a brief period in late 2021 and worked on urban governance initiatives at the Chief Minister Office in the Government of NCT of Delhi during late 2019. Additionally, experience includes serving as a field researcher in urban health for the Health and Family Welfare department of Delhi Government in mid-2019. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Public Policy and Governance from Azim Premji University and a Master's degree in English Language and Literature from Jawaharlal Nehru University, along with a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature from St. Stephen's College, Delhi.
