Jonathan Hall

Jonathan Hall is a Managing Director and Fractional Chief Strategy Officer with over 20 years of experience in private equity and corporate finance across the Middle East, North Africa, and Asia. They established Mulverhill Associates in 2010 in Dubai, providing a comprehensive range of investment and advisory services, and have played pivotal roles in major transactions, managing billions in investments. Jonathan has served on the boards of numerous companies, including yallacompare and Ameco Medical Industries, and is currently a Partner at Potentia Inc, focusing on M&A and business development in the global food, agriculture, and technology sectors. They have also been involved with various advisory roles, contributing to strategic planning and corporate development for multiple organizations. Jonathan holds a BA (Hons) from the University of Cambridge.
