Tom Mayhew

Tom Mayhew is a systems engineering lead at Saalex Solutions, specializing in emerging counter-UAS technology programs for the Department of Defense. With a distinguished career spanning multiple industries, Tom has held key positions as a senior enterprise solution architect at companies like Oracle and Power Ten Inc., and has led unmanned ISR aircraft missions in support of U.S. Special Operations. A retired Captain from the U.S. Navy Reserve, Tom has vast experience in program management, having successfully managed complex operations and technology implementations across various military applications. Tom holds a Bachelor’s degree in Theology, a BSEE in Computer Engineering, an MBA in Finance, and a certification in Strategic Studies from the Naval War College.
