Mental health is a need, not a luxury. SAALVIO was established with a simple yet impactful goal: to ensure that mental health services are available, reasonably priced, and efficient for all Canadians.

We started after observing how challenging it was for people to get timely assistance with stress. The stigma, high prices, and lengthy waitlists prevented many people from getting the required help. We were aware that there must be a better approach. We developed SAALVIO, SAALVIO is leading the way in developing a digital-first solution that empowers you to take charge of your mental health with online therapy, utilizing technology, creativity, and a thorough grasp of mental well-being.

Mental Health Statics Canada:

(CMHA).

⬇️ Therapy wait times can be as long as 6 months to a year, leaving many without support.

⬇️ Demand for virtual mental health services has surged by 50% (McKinsey Report).
