Nirja Kolhe is an experienced Learning and Development professional currently serving as an L&D Consultant and previously as an L&D Associate at Saama since June 2019. Nirja's career began with a role as a Management Trainee at Schaeffler from March 2018 to June 2019, following two consecutive Management Intern positions at EPCOS. Nirja holds a Post Graduate Certification in Human Resource Management from XLRI - VIL Programs and additional education from the Indo-German Training Centre. Nirja completed a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Shri Binzani City College, along with foundational education at Bhavan's Bhagwandas Purohit Vidya Mandir in Nagpur.
