Prashant Khambale

Prashant Khambale is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in talent management and resource optimization. Currently serving as a Talent Management Sr. Lead Consultant at Saama since February 2022, Prashant previously held the position of Associate Manager Resource Management at Harbinger Group from December 2019 to March 2022, where responsibilities included demand-supply analysis and workforce management. Prior to that, Prashant worked at Cognizant Technology Solutions in various roles, including Executive Talent Supply Chain and Executive Administration, from 2011 to 2019. Prashant holds a Master's degree in Marketing from Symbiosis Centre for Distance Learning, earned between 2013 and 2015.
