Snigdha Bala

Snigdha Bala is an experienced software quality assurance professional currently serving as SQA Lead at Saama since October 2023. Prior to this role, Snigdha worked at IBM as a Senior Technical Services Specialist from April 2020 to October 2023, and held positions at Vodafone, including Assistant Manager and Senior Executive, from March 2018 to April 2020. Earlier experience includes working as a Quality Analyst at Pramati Technologies Private Limited and as a Programmer Analyst at Cognizant. Snigdha began the career at Infosys as an intern. Snigdha holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Science from RCET Bhilai, completed in 2014, and has a foundational education from Kendriya Vidyalaya from 2007 to 2010.
