Saamarthya Foundation is an organisation that aims to empower the marginalized communities, especially women, through skill development & livelihood creation. We offer various skill development activities under different schemes & platforms, such as:
•	NAPS: The National Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme (NAPS) is a flagship programme of the Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship (MSDE) that provides on-the-job training & stipend to the apprentices. 
•	RPL: The Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) is a scheme under the Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana (PMKVY) that recognizes & certifies the skills acquired by the workers through informal learning. 
•	RTD: The Recruit-Train-Deploy (RTD) scheme is a model of skill development & employment that involves recruiting candidates, training them according to the specific requirements of the industry, & deploying them to the relevant job roles. We facilitate the mobilisation, identification of suitable job roles as per the industry requirement, development, & delivery of training. 
•	CSR skilling: We collaborate with various corporate entities to implement their Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives in the field of skill development. We design & deliver customized training programmes for the beneficiaries of the CSR projects in various domains such as Hospitality, Education, Automotive, etc. 
•	PMKVY & other government schemes: We participate in various government schemes that aim to provide skill development & employment opportunities to the youth of our country. 

We have touched the lives of more than 10,000 people through our skill development activities. We have witnessed their transformation from learners to earners, from dependents to contributors, from victims to leaders. We are proud of their achievements & inspired by their stories.
