Charu Malik

Charu Malik has held a variety of roles in the Human Resources field since 2003. In that year, they were the Regional HR Manager for Schneider and the Business Owner for Naukri Ghar (Manpower Recruitment). Charu then worked as the HR Manager for Dr. B.L. Kapur Memorial Hospital - India from 2014 to 2016, followed by a role as HR Manager for Mother's Pride from 2016 to 2020. In 2020, they became the Head of HR for Maha Durga Charitable Trust Hospital, and in 2021, they assumed the role of Senior Human Resources Manager and HR Manager for Saarthee.

Charu Malik obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources Management and Services from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University between 2000 and 2002. Charu then went on to receive a Master of Arts - MA in Psychology from Indira Gandhi National Open University between 2015 and 2017.
