Steven Emch

Steven Emch serves as the president of Orr Fellowship, where they focus on developing the next generation of business leaders and entrepreneurs. Previously, they worked as a manager for Entrepreneurship Programming at the Indiana Economic Development Corporation, leading initiatives during the COVID-19 pandemic, including the Small Business Restart Grant program. Steven has also held roles as the Director of Venture Development, business manager at Valley Child Care and Learning Centers, and various positions at Lessonly, where they transformed an underperforming sales team. Their early experience includes an internship at Winamac Coil Springs, where they successfully redesigned a machinery component. Currently, they also serve on the advisory board for Saaslio.
