Rich Sharp is a seasoned marketing and communications professional with over 20 years of experience in strategy and leadership roles. Currently serving as Vice President, Director Engagement Strategy at Area 23 since November 2023, Rich previously owned Rich Sharp Consulting, LLC, where expertise in brand and engagement strategy was applied. Prior positions include Senior Vice President Digital at ReviveHealth, Director of Strategy & Planning at W2O Group, and Digital Strategy Lead at Chandler Chicco Companies, among others. Rich has demonstrated a strong ability to uncover insights from diverse marketing data sources and develop cohesive, omnichannel strategies to effectively reach key audiences. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Mass Communications from St. Cloud State University.
