Ross Balfour

Ross Balfour has extensive experience in the specialty chemicals industry, currently serving as a Board Member at Saati Americas Corporation since 2006, where oversight of policy development and strategic direction is a key responsibility. Prior to this, Ross has been with SAATI Group S.p.A. since 1990, holding the position of Business Unit Manager, overseeing the global SaatiChem Division with P&L accountability and driving business growth across various international markets. Ross's earlier career includes a role as R&D Screen Products Manager at MacDermid from 1979 to 1990, where leadership of a team in new product development established a strong global brand. Ross began the professional journey at Monsanto as a QC and Process Technician from 1975 to 1979. Educationally, Ross holds a CChem MRSC degree in Chemistry from the University of West London, which was pursued from 1979 to 1989.
