Maysa Basoudan

Maysa Basoudan, PhD, CFE, is a board-level professional specializing in audit committee governance. Currently, they serve as a consultant for a confidential government entity and hold multiple advisory roles, including with Taif University and the University of Prince Mugrin. Maysa is also an active member of the Saudi Anti-Fraud Association and SAB's Audit Committee. Previously, they held positions such as Accounting Department Chair at Taibah University and Senior Accountant at Riyad Bank. Maysa earned a PhD in Accountancy from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University.
