Yahya Ageeli

Yahya Ageeli is an experienced IT Operations Support Specialist currently working at SAB since March 2020, where expertise includes Level 1 application support, incident management, and problem resolution, alongside specialization in the creation and management of Virtual Machines for optimal performance. Prior to SAB, Yahya served as an IT Support Specialist at Alawwal Bank from May 2017 to March 2020, providing efficient Level 1 application support and managing customer issue tracking.
