SABA Hospitality transforms the way hospitality operators communicate with guests to create unforgettable experiences for travellers around the world.
Combining the power of over 50 years of hotel experience and latest in machine learning technology, SABA Hospitality provides automated communication and digital food ordering platforms that create a truly frictionless guest journey.
Our digital hotel concierge answers all guest questions instantaneously via text, while also taking guest requests, restaurant bookings and collecting real time feedback. This reduces call volumes and frees up staff to focus on meaningful face-to-face interactions. The solution also provides instant access to property offers and specials, and gives guests the convenience of ordering food and drinks form anywhere, at any time, directly from their own mobile device. Currently being used by some of the largest and most well respected names in hospitality, our bespoke hotel solution was recognized by the industry professionals as the most innovative new hotel technology in 2019.
Following the success of our hotel specific solution, SABA Hospitality launched the first Virtual Host solution specific to short-term vacation rental properties in 2020. Also harnessing automated communication, our Virtual host automatically answers all guest questions, provides host recommendations, and allows for additional revenue streams through affiliate marketing. The platform not only provides guests a seamless and unique local experience, but it eliminates the repetitive questions and interruptions that disrupt the leisure and work time of property owners and managers.
With locations in Asia and Australia, our hard working and talented team is unique mix of travel enthusiasts, sports fans, parents, foodies, wine lovers and of course our beloved IT geeks. But one thing we have in common is that we are good fun, and love to speak with people from all around the world about their experiences in hospitality.
