Carole Bower

Carole Bower has extensive experience in the field of learning and development. Carole started their career in 2000 as a Programme Manager and Senior Learning Designer at KnowledgePool. In 2004, they joined Futuremedia plc as SVP, Learning until 2008. Simultaneously, in 2004, they also worked at Lumesse Learning and became the Head of Learning. In 2009, Carole joined Edvantage group as VP Learning Solutions and also became the Director of eLearning Network. Carole continued their career at Saba Software in 2018 as the Head Of Learning. Currently, Carole is at BestAtDigital, where they hold the role of Head of Learning since October 2020.
