Manoj Panicker

Manoj Panicker has extensive experience in product management and leadership roles. Manoj is currently serving as the Associate Vice President of Product Management at Cornerstone OnDemand since September 2020.

Prior to this, Manoj worked at Saba Software for over 15 years, where they held various positions such as Senior Director of Product Management, Director of Products-Platform, Senior Product Manager, Engagement Manager, Senior Business Consultant, Sr. Solution Lead, and Solution Lead.

Before joining Saba Software, Manoj worked as a Sr. Technical Lead at Direction Software Solutions from January 2002 to June 2005.

In the early stages of their career, Manoj served as a Technical Team Lead at a company that is now closed from April 2000 to December 2001.

Manoj Panicker pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from the University of Mumbai between 1994 and 1997. Subsequently, they completed a Post Graduate program in Computer Software Engineering from the National Centre for Software Technology (C-DAC) during the academic year 1998-1999.
