Richard Basgallop

Richard Basgallop is an experienced developer with a robust background in educational software and web programming. Currently serving as a Front End Developer at Saba Software since August 2019, Richard specializes in e-learning programming, working on various training courses for HSBC, utilizing Vue for project development. Prior to this role, Richard worked as a Freelance Educational Games Developer at 2Simple from December 2014 to April 2019, where a diverse range of educational games were created using EaselJS and HTML5. Richard also served as Lead Programmer at New Era Education LTD, focusing on Maths and Computing projects aligned with the National Curriculum. Earlier career experience includes roles as a Web Programmer and Senior Developer across various companies, demonstrating strong technical leadership and expertise. Richard holds a BSc (Hons) degree in Chemistry from the University of Exeter.
