Sofie Vlaeminck

Sofie Vlaeminck has over two decades of experience working at SABAM, starting as a medewerker documentatiedienst in 1997 and progressing to roles such as Human Resources/Purchase&Facilities- Responsable Recruitment / Purchase, Head of Human Resources, and operational manager. Sofie'smost recent role as operational manager ended in December 2021.

Sofie Vlaeminck pursued their education in musicology, starting with a degree in AMV, piano, and clarinet from Koninklijk Muziekconservatorium Brussel in 1993. Sofie then went on to obtain a licentiaat degree in musicology from RUGent in 1997. Additionally, they obtained certifications in ASO-Wetenschappelijke A from Sint-Vincentiusinstituut Dendermonde in 1986, and further certifications in piano and clarinet from SAMWD Dendermonde.
