Sabbatical makes a range of award-winning spirits including small batch American whiskeys, gin, vodkas and farm-harvested terroir spirits. Our distillery bottle shop & tasting rooms is open to the public year-round with guided tours & events on weekends. 

Sabbatical is on a mission to make great products and never stop endeavoring to make them better. The “lab” is an ethos as we continuously experiment, learn and create with precision.
