Jon Gericke

Jon Gericke is a versatile media professional with extensive experience in various roles across broadcasting and production. As the owner of Pint Size Media since May 2015, Jon focuses on storytelling through creative media. In addition, Jon serves as an On Air Presenter for Backtrax on SAfm, hosting Saturday nights from 9 to midnight, and as a Weekend Sport Presenter on the same station. Freelance work includes roles as a writer, blogger, videographer, and publisher. Previous positions include Final Mix Engineer at Milk and Sugar, Sport Producer at eNCA, and various editorial roles at IT Web and T3 Magazine. Jon's early career in radio began at East Coast Radio and included significant contributions to SAfm, where achievements included multiple awards for sports anchoring. Jon's academic background includes a degree in Theatre Technology from Technikon Natal.
