Michael Hove

Michael Hove is an accomplished financial professional with extensive experience in financial reporting, risk management, and auditing. Currently serving as a Non Executive Director at Structured Risk Solutions and a Council Member at the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Zimbabwe, Michael also holds a position as a Financial Reporting Specialist at SABC since March 2020. Michael is a member of various professional organizations, including SAICA and the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Zimbabwe. Previous roles include serving as Acting Chief Financial Officer at ICASA, where Michael managed significant financial operations, and as a Partner/Director at ARC Chartered Accountants & Auditors Inc. Michael has a BCompt (Hons) degree from the University of South Africa and has consistently contributed to financial compliance and governance within various organizations.
