Naseem Cassim

Naseem Cassim has extensive experience in financial management and compliance, having worked at SABC as a Compliance Manager for Arrear Accounts & Inspectorate since November 2004, focusing on stakeholder management, strategic oversight, and debt collection processes. Prior to this role, Naseem served as a Collections Manager at Nedbank from October 1999 to October 2004, responsible for managing non-performing assets and negotiating solutions to reduce the bank’s exposure. Earlier experience includes the position of Managed Accounts Officer at Standard Bank Group from August 1994 to September 1999, where the focus was on recovering debts at minimal costs. Academically, Naseem holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Law, as well as a second Bachelor’s Degree in Law and Commerce from the University of South Africa, along with a Diploma in Information Technology from ML Sultan Technikon.
