Oliver Dickson

Oliver Dickson serves as a Broadcaster at SABC, hosting a radio program on SAfm, the largest national talk radio station in South Africa, since April 2022. As Managing Director of Authentic Communications Solutions since January 2016, Oliver has extensive experience in radio as a Talk Show Host for Primedia Group from May 2019 to June 2020 and as a Radio Presenter at Yired Pty Ltd from April 2018 to April 2019, specializing in current affairs and politics. Additionally, Oliver held the position of Director of Speech Writing, Communications, and Research at the Ministry of Home Affairs from July to November 2018, focusing on media strategies and crisis management. In leadership roles with Engineers Without Borders Wits, Oliver was the Deputy Chairperson from November 2013 to April 2014 and previously served as Projects Liaison Officer from October 2012 to November 2013. Academic achievements include a degree from the University of the Witwatersrand, obtained between 2012 and 2014, following education at Randfontein High School from 2007 to 2011.
