Pieter Steyn

Pieter Steyn is a highly experienced media professional with a diverse background in journalism and content production. Currently serving as the Producer for "Op en Wakker" at SABC Radio since April 2023, Pieter has also been a Senior Journalist at Rapport | Media24 since August 2022 and a Content Producer/Director at IDEA CANDY | kykNET since December 2016. Prior experience includes a position as a Senior Journalist at Media 24, covering various publications from November 2014 to November 2016, and as a Journalist at Volksblad from April 2005 to October 2014. Additionally, Pieter held the role of Marketing Manager at Media24 for a year. Pieter's educational background includes studies at the University of the Free State from 2002 to 2005 and at Sarel Cilliers, Glencoe, KZN from 1997 to 2012.
